Thank you for choosing my handcrafted storage solutions. Because each tote storage unit and wooden bench is built with care right here in Lancaster, I handle all logistics personally to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Area & Logistics

  • 10-Mile Radius: I offer local delivery for all products within a 10-mile radius of Lancaster, PA.

  • Outside the Service Area: At this time, I do not offer delivery or shipping for locations more than 10 miles outside of Lancaster, PA. If you are located outside this zone, you are welcome to coordinate a local pickup.

  • Scheduling: Once your order is complete, I will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure there is a clear, accessible path to the area where you would like the item placed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Handcrafted Quality: Each item is built to order. Because of the custom nature of these wooden benches and storage units, all sales are final.

  • Inspection upon Delivery: I take great pride in my work. Please inspect your product thoroughly at the time of delivery. If there are any concerns regarding the craftsmanship or specifications, please bring them to my attention immediately so I can address them.

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placement. Once construction has begun and materials have been cut, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Warranty

I stand behind the structural integrity of every piece I build. If you experience any functional issues related to the construction of your unit within the first year of normal use, please reach out and I will make it right.
